Bachelor of Music Performance (Voice Major) and Diploma of Opera with the Sydney Conservatorium of Music
Sixteen years local and international vocal teaching experience across all genres of music, specialising in classical/operatic vocal training for both male and female students
Twenty years’ performance experience, which includes solo guest artist with The Australian Tenors, various international cruise lines and regular performances with Opera Australia in productions such Carmen, Madama Butterfly and The Mikado.
15 years of Australian Music Education Board (AMEB) tutoring experience
15 years experience in conducting and assisting the rehearsals of small band ensembles
Seven years Music Director experience
Proficient in piano and accompaniment
Broad understanding of vocal pedagogy
Experience in coaching diction in French, German and Italian opera
Well-developed skills in stage production, accents and diction coaching
Ten years’ dance training, specialising in musical theatre, tap, ballet and lyrical jazz
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of repertoire choice for HSC Music 1, Music 2 Extension and AMEB
